Chimichurri Sauce

TIP: a flavorful South American condiment (or marinade) made with cilantro to spice up steak, tacos, shrimp, chicken, or vegetables! From Feastingathome.com

  1. Put everything in food processor and mince.

  2. This will keep up to 4 days in the fridge, or freeze.

  3. 2 garlic cloves

  4. ¼ cup red onion

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh hot

pepper

  • 1 cup Cilantro,

  • 1 cup Parsley,

  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 3/4 cup olive oil,

  • 1 tsp kosher salt|

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika-(optional - only if you like smokey flavour)

  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, more or to taste
