This will keep up to 4 days in the fridge, or freeze.
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup red onion
1 tablespoon fresh hot
pepper
1 cup Cilantro,
1 cup Parsley,
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup olive oil,
1 tsp kosher salt|
1 teaspoon pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika-(optional - only if you like smokey flavour)
½ teaspoon chilli flakes, more or to taste
