We are hiring a Vegetable Farm Assistant Field Manager
Desired Qualities:

Hard worker in all kinds of conditions (rain, heat, etc.)

Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads repetitively, kneel, bend, squat

Able to work independently after being given appropriate instructions

Able to stick with repetitive tasks

Have an eye on speed and a keenness for improving the efficiency of specific tasks and general workflows as competency is gained

Ability to work well in a team

Positive attitude

Attention to detail and maintaining quality standards

Experience vegetable farming
