Directions: Cook pasta In a small bowl, combine the first section of ingredients and set aside. In a skillet, lightly toast pecans. Set aside. Add oil to pan, brown turkey then add to pecans which are set aside. Add squash to pan, cook until tender (about 4 minutes). Add garlic, leek, celery and cook another 4 minutes. Stir in broth mixture, add pecans and turkey and cook through. Stir in parsley. Toss with cooked fusilli and serve. From the Time Life Pasta cookbook. For a vegetarian version substitute chick peas for the turkey. Any kind of squash would work well for this recipe. Serves 4
